Factory Tours

We offer tours of our factory everyday during regular Belizean business hours:

• Monday to Friday 8-12 noon and 1:30 to 5 p.m.
• Saturday 8 to 12 noon.
  

We welcome guests and are happy to show you all the steps to making chocolate. Tours are complimentary and no appointment is necessary. Samples of our yummy chocolate are included!

We are located at 2 Front Street, in Punta Gorda town. We are easy to find, right at the entrance to town, the "chocolate center of the universe"

 

Gift Shop

We also have a chocolate gift shop in our factory, with many unique items, including chocolate soap and cocoa bean jewelry. You will find beautiful gifts to take home, many of which are sold exclusively here at Cotton Tree Chocolate.

 

Chocolat Lily

Also check out Chocolat Lily, created by one of our founders, Anne Simmons.The fabulous truffles from chocolate Lily are fresh, seasonal, gorgeous and made with organic chocolate.They collect raspberries, blueberries, fresh herbs and honey from their garden. Local Portland, Oregon farms supply organic cream and butter, fresh fruit and nuts. Check out the sumptuous creations of Chocolat Lily.

 

Indi Chocolate

Another of our founders, Erin Andrews, runs Indi Chocolate in Seattle, Washington. Indi makes small batch fresh chocolate, and some lovely chocolate bodycare products.

Cotton Tree Lodge

Also near Punta Gorda is our sister company, Cotton Tree Lodge. Cotton Tree Lodge hosts several 'chocolate weeks' each year, where guests can totally immerse themselves in a chocolate experience, including touring cocoa farms and making their own chocolate bars.
