Cotton Tree Chocolate

Belize is one of 7 countries in the Caribbean that produce "fine flavor cacao". These cocoa beans represent only 5% of the world market and are highly valued for their quality and superb flavor.

We are proud to be working with these excellent cacao beans, and strive to highlight their unique flavor in our chocolate bars. Each small batch of chocolate is made from the beans from a single farmer, so every batch is slightly different.

We also use local, fresh ingredients in our bars, such as Belizean coffee, and coconut from a plantation only a few miles away which is grated and toasted by hand.

An unique milk chocolate, the perfect blend of bittersweet dark and creamy milk chocolate.

Dark Chocolate (70% cacao)
Dark and rich, velvety smooth. Our fruity, earthy Belizean cacao beans are at their finest in our dark chocolate.

Mint Milk Chocolate (40% cacao)
Our sweet milk chocolate pairs wonderfully with cool, refreshing peppermint.

Belizean Coffee Chocolate (55% cacao)
Dark milk chocolate and fresh roasted Belizean coffee. The coffee beans give a slight crunchy texture.

Dark chocolate with Black Pepper (70% cacao)
Dark chocolate brings out the floral notes in the local black pepper. Truly unique.
